Renowned national broadcaster Paul Lewis will join England cricketing legend Marcus Trescothick for two informative and entertaining “audience with”-style events we are holding in Exeter and Taunton.
Paul Lewis, presenter of BBC Radio 4’s popular Money Box programme, and Somerset cricketer Marcus Trescothick, who represented England 76 times including as captain, are the celebrity guests at our personal finance event to be held next month.
Best known for his work on Money Box, Paul Lewis is a regular contributor to BBC Breakfast and the BBC News Programme providing expert insight and advice on the latest developments affecting the public’s personal finances.
The renowned journalist has built his whole career around translating financial jargon into compelling, plain English advice and his talks are both informative and highly entertaining.
At our event, as well as talking about issues such as changes to inheritance tax and pensions, Paul will also provide tips on how to avoid financial fraudsters.
Former England opening batsman Marcus Trescothick, who scaled the heights as an international sports star, will talk about his own experiences of the personal finance market, as well as take questions about his illustrious career in top level cricket.
Rather than take place in traditional venues, our “An audience with Paul Lewis and Marcus Trescothick” events will be held in the prestigious Porche Centre, Matford Park Road, Exeter at 10am and the superb new Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Priory Way, Taunton 5pm on Wednesday, November 21.
